This past Saturday we all got together for a party. Paste Paper Party!
Paste paper is, very briefly, made by combining about 1/3 of a cup of clear wallpaper paste with a couple of tablespoons of acrylic paint and then pouring and smearing onto a paper (should be a nice medium weight paper, lightweight watercolor, arches text, or rives BFK for example). Once the colored paste is smeared onto the paper you can draw designs into it with tools or even your fingers.
Thank you so much to our host Shirley Dehart!
