July 2019 Members Meeting: CURSIVES, FOILED AGAIN

This 2019 July member's meeting consisted of Jane Farr demonstrating hot foil techniques. This process works by scanning and laser printing or copying your work. It has to be laser printer or copier because you need the carbon in the toner for the foil to adhere to. After that by laying the deco foil (available in many colors and styles) on top of your art with a light weight sleeve (like layout paper) and running it through an inexpensive laminator and voila! Foiled artwork. We also had some nice show and tell from Connie Wagner and Jenny had some journals and blank books she had brought in to sell. (Credit for the perfect pun title goes to Wendy Dougherty.)
